What Our Sofa Warranty Covers
At SofaSet.pk, every sofa we deliver comes with a 1-year written warranty. Warranty terms are clear, no fine-print gotchas. Here is what is covered.
Frame Warranty
The wooden frame is warrantied against structural defects (cracking, splitting, joint failure) for 12 months from delivery date. If the frame fails due to manufacturing defect, we repair or replace at no cost.
Foam Warranty
Foam is warrantied against premature compression (loss of support within normal use) for 12 months. Premium foam (Molty Foam, dual-density) typically lasts 8-10 years; the 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear.
Stitching and Finishing
Stitching is warrantied against unraveling at seams for 12 months. Finishing detail (tufting, piping) is warrantied against failure for 12 months when caused by manufacturing defect.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse (jumping on sofa, exposing to extreme weather), pet damage (scratches, chewing), food and beverage stains (use stain treatment when available), or wear from exceeding normal household use (e.g., commercial use of home-grade sofa). For commercial use, we offer separate office sofa warranties.
How Our Quality Inspection Works Before Delivery
Every sofa goes through three quality checkpoints before leaving our workshop. First, frame inspection after construction (joinery, structural integrity). Second, foam and cushion inspection after upholstery (density, fit, comfort). Third, finishing inspection before packaging (stitching, fabric, hardware). Any sofa that fails any checkpoint is reworked before dispatch.
Filing a Warranty Claim
If anything seems wrong with your sofa within 12 months, message us on WhatsApp 0322 9370927 with photos of the issue. Our team reviews within 24 hours and arranges inspection, repair, or replacement based on the situation. Most warranty issues are resolved within 7-14 days.
After-Sales Support and Care Tips
Even outside warranty, we offer paid repair services at fair pricing for our customers. We can replace foam, repair frame joints, redo upholstery, or service sofa cum bed mechanisms. We deliver care tips with every sofa — proper vacuuming, stain treatment, foam rotation — to extend lifespan.
